Our Terms and Conditions explain how we will process your online order and should be read and understood before a purchase is made through our website.

Purchasing through the Omega Healthcare Shop website, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us.

Returns and Cancellation 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order as soon as you place it or from 14 days after you receive it.

 On receipt of your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product for a complete refund within 14 days of the shipping date.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Please if you return an item make  sure that the  package  suitably protected so that it cannot be damaged in transit.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to products   that occurs from improper packing.

Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us

Return after 14 days. In certain exceptional circumstances we will returns  after 14 days .

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months or more 

All our branded products are supplied with manufacturers warranty cards and product registration card

All  our electrical products have  a safety certification
